Can I order online from overseas?
You can order online from another country, however we are only shipping to NZ and Australia at this stage. If you want an order sent to a NZ or AUS address -just add the address when you get to shipping details of cart.

How long before my order is sent?
Your order will be picked and dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.
When will I receive my order?
If you live in New Zealand it will be 1-3 days from dispatch. Australian deliveries can take up to 20 days from dispatch.
Where do you ship to?
At this stage we only ship within New Zealand and Australia.

Bean Bag Information
Does my bean bag come with beans?
Our bean bags are covers only - you will need to purchase bean filling separately.
How do I fill my bean bag?
- unzip the bottom zip - (safety zip)
- pull out the attached liner
- unzip (safety zip) the liner from the bean bag
- fill the patterned bean bag cover with the beans or filling of your choice
- zip the liner back onto the bag
- stuff liner into the bottom of the bag
- zip up the bag – VOLIA you are done!
Why do the zips on my bean bag not work?
Our bean bags are fitted with safety zips. You will receive 2 paper-clips with your order to help you unzip your safety zips.
Where does the bean filling go?
We recommend the best option is to fill the bean bag cover with the bean filling.
What is the liner for in the bean bag cover?
Our liners are included in the purchase of your bean bag cover. The liner allows for easy removal and filling of your bean bag.

How do I clean my bean bag?
We recommend to spot clean your bean bag. If you need to machine wash - follow the instruction on the inside of your bean bag cover.
To empty your bean bag:
- unzip (safety zip) the bottom zip
- pull out the attached liner – leave attached
- tip the bean bag cover upside down
- empty the beans into the liner
- unzip the liner
- tie up the bag with the ties – put somewhere safe
- to fill the bag with beans again
- untie the liner
- zip onto the bean bag
- tip beans into the bag from the liner
- stuff liner in the bottom of the bag
- zip up the bean bag

What size bean bag do I choose?
Recommended age & bean requirements:
Small: 1-4 years - Approx 100L-120L
Medium: 5-10 years - Approx 200L- 250L
Large: 11 + Adult - Approx 250L-300L
Avoid overfilling the bean bag, as it may affect its overall comfort and durability.
