Returns

We hope that you love your e&b co products, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund on full priced items 

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (the item must be in brand new condition, unwashed and unworn). It must also be in the original packaging.

To return your product, please contact us at hello@eandbco.co.nz here with your details, order number and reason for return. We will arrange the return shipping.
 
For faults

We only want you to have the best of our products, so all our items are quality controlled before they are sent out. If there is a fault or the item is damaged please contact us with your details, order number and reason within 30 days of receiving your item.

Once your item has been returned it will be inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will offer a refund or replacement (if we have a replacement in stock) once we have received the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund except in the case of a manufacturing defect or a shipment mistake on our part.

Incorrect shipping address

If you have provided an incorrect shipping address at checkout, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@eandbco.co.nz

We can easily change the address for you only if your package hasn't been dispatched to our couriers. This means if you have already received your tracking number before you have advised us of the error, we won't be able to make any changes. If this happens, please contact your local courier depot and request an address change.

Please note that we are unable to recover your items, send replacements, or provide refunds if it has been delivered to the incorrect address (provided by the customer).
